Allison has held senior Financial leadership roles in entrepreneurial, growth-oriented companies ranging from $25 million to $2 billion in annual revenues including publicly listed (TSX, NASDAQ), employee-owned and owner-managed businesses.  Her experience spans a range of business sectors from engineering and construction to high tech, wholesale distribution, and not-for-profit organizations.  She has substantial expertise in financial planning and analysis, M&A, internal controls and continuous process improvement.  Allison is a CPA, CA and holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Business.
