Gunes Evgin is a passionate and results driven leader who at PPG, the global auto parts and coating manufacturer, has held a Managing Director position and also a number of financial positions including CFO, Director of Business Services and Finance, Finance and Administration Director in Russia, France, Switzerland, and Turkey.  As a result, he has developed exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills, enabling him to effectively coordinate with and lead a diverse group of local and international individuals.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in preparing long term business plans, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying key performance indicators for each department according to the Company vision and strategies, managing operations, taxation planning with outside accountants, analyzing the results and enforcing key actions to achieve the targets, and preparing understandable financial reports to drive profitability and cash flow optimization.

His balance of finance and business expertise combined with his strategic thinking has helped him to identify competitive strategies that supported the Company to achieve its vision. He creates open and trusting environments where open dialogue is encouraged.
