I have filled the top financial position in the Canadian division of Metro News and National Express Group but I am also very comfortable working in private companies such as Stock Transportation and The Foray Group. I have been a key contributor to the development and execution of strategy in each of these diverse businesses, and have led the processes that resulted in the sale of Metro to Torstar, the sale of Stock to National Express and the successful acquisition of several companies.
I believe my experience can be translated to just about any industry. I have enjoyed success in the tech sector, transportation, education, food services, media and advertising. My ability to quickly understand the levers of success in each business has provided the leaders I have supported, the confidence to allow me to add to my financial portfolio with areas such as IT, HR and even operations.
